Doors will not open until 10 mins prior to the session time.

This is a LIMITED reservation-only event. Every participating child must have a space reserved. Not a drop-off event, a guardian must stay with attending little ones. 

Important Details:

• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Only the children need a ticket.
• Max of two adult attendees per child/ adult observe this event.
• Doors will not open until 10 mins prior to the session time.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please note all food allergies at the time of your ticket purchase. We can not provided an alternative cupcake for your child allergies. Please note that the allergens will still be present in the room and on the table during the event. When purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that The Princess Manor assumes no risks. 

DISCLAIMER: If a child comes in for a scheduled event and DOES NOT want to receive any/ or all services, you will not receive a refund or partial/ full credit on your tickets. Events start and finish on time, therefore, if you arrive late this will deprive your child of receiving all or some of the services included in his/her ticket and you will not receive a refund or partial/full credit towards any other services. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  The Princess Manor has the right to cancel any event, if ticket sales do not reach our minimum requirement.  In the event we cancel the event, the ticket purchase can be used as a credit towards a service at The Princess Manor. If you are 12 years or older you may not dress or try to portray a character offerd by our sister company Once Upon A Tea Party. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a performer with OUATP or TPM. Thank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!​
