COVID-19 RESPONSE

the safety of our clients, their children, and our performers will always remain our top priority. Below you will find how we are currently responding to COVID-19 in our community:

* We are constantly reviewing guidelines set in place by the CDC and our local government officials. The response below is subject to change as new information occurs.

Guests: We kindly ask that you please limit the number of guests you are allowing into the venue to under 10 and comply with the guidelines set in place by the CDC and local government authorities. Additionally, we encourage you and your guests to sanitize their hands upon entering the venue along with a temperature check. Social distancing is requested.

Masks: Our storybook princesses will not be wearing masks or gloves (unless a part of their costume ensemble) in order to maintain character integrity. However, we strongly encourage all party guests to wear masks. 

Sanitation: After each event or visit, we will be heavily disinfecting and steam cleaning each costume piece, all items used, and sanitizing all supplies used. 

Packages/Activities: We are offering makeovers; with individual eye shadow and lip gloss, that will be given to each child after use to take home in a cute take-hom box. Any activity that requires physical contact has been modified to prevent the spread of germs, such as our Dance Lessons, and a few of our themed games!

 

Performers/Employees: All performers and employees will be taking temperature checks before being permitted to perform. Performers will be required to wash hands before and after each interaction, and our performers will have hand sanitizer on hand and maybe sanitizing throughout your event if not wearing character gloves.

Deposit: We require a deposit in order to secure your date on our calendar, however, we are extending our no-refund policy if you and your family decide to postpone/cancel your event the deposit will not expire. We strongly recommend postponing your event rather than canceling. Your deposit may also be transferred to one of our Virtual Packages. 

 

PRIVATE EXPERIENCES AT THE PRINCESS MANOR: We have added a few NEW private experiences for groups of 2-4 children, The doors of The Princess Manor will open just for you, for an hour and 30 minutes of fun and magic, you can view the packages here 

We ask for the safety of our performers & Fairy Godmothers In Training, if any of your guests have a significant cough, cold and particularly a fever and/or have recently traveled outside the US or have been exposed to someone potentially infected with the Coronavirus, please contact them and advise them to stay home. If you, or anyone in your home, have any significant symptoms please consider rescheduling the visit/party. 

As always, we will only allow healthy performers and party hostesses aka Fairy Godmothers-in training to work. Our performers and party hostesses are instructed to wash hands between each party/event - and may have to take a short break to sanitize between interactions.
